Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate notification with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your delivery location. Delays may occur due to high volume, unforeseen weather conditions, or logistical issues beyond our control.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery on select pin codes.

  • An additional COD charge will be applied at checkout.

  • Orders with COD must be accepted upon delivery. Refusal may lead to the suspension of COD eligibility for future purchases.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your location is unserviceable, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss possible solutions or cancellation with a full refund.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this information to track your shipment.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order is returned to us due to non-availability or incorrect address, we may charge an additional fee to re-ship the order.
