Refund policy

1. Returns

We do not accept returns for any reason other than genuine product damage or defect. Please read product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing an order.

2. Size Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for sizing issues, and only once per order.

Exchange Terms:

  • The first exchange is free (pickup and redelivery).

  • Exchange requests must be placed within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • We do not guarantee availability of the requested size. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.

3. Refunds (Store Credit Only)

Refunds will only be processed in the form of store credits under the following conditions:

  • If your size is unavailable for exchange.

  • Or if the product is defective and you do not wish to exchange.

Refund Terms:

  • A flat ₹150 deduction will be applied to cover shipping and handling.

  • Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at knockknock@unbd.store with clear photos. We’ll resolve it on priority.

5. What is Not Eligible for Exchange or Store Credit

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Requests raised after the 5-day window.

  • Second-time exchanges on the same order.
